On March 5, 2025, the Jinan Solar Energy Comprehensive Exhibition was grandly held in Jinan, China. Leveraging its comprehensive self-developed technical capabilities, Sunshine Power showcased its integrated solutions for “zero-carbon parks, zero-carbon homes, and zero-carbon large industries,” all aimed at supporting the vision of a zero-carbon future.
### Efficiency Matters in Energy Storage
On the first day of the exhibition, Sunshine Power launched its iterative commercial energy storage product, the PowerStack 255CS, which operates at 400V. This new system is designed to cater to various application scenarios, offering both 2-hour and 4-hour options with storage capacities of 257 kWh and 514 kWh, respectively. Staying true to Sunshine Power’s philosophy of “all-weather, real returns,” this product is the first in the industry to feature an all-weather high-efficiency stable-state system. It includes user-side customized network technology for stable power supply at all times, alongside end-to-end intelligent management that ensures “unnoticeable” operation and maintenance.
The PowerStack 255CS boasts a low operational noise of under 65 dB, allowing users to enjoy green energy benefits in a quiet environment. During the product launch, Li Canlin, Deputy General Manager of Sunshine Power‘s Solutions Division in China, emphasized that efficiency is a key factor affecting energy storage returns. He pointed out the current chaos in industry efficiency metrics, where many companies misleadingly use peak conversion efficiencies as performance parameters, which are of little value to users. Sunshine Power has pioneered a 24-hour all-weather assessment method that considers auxiliary power supply, standby losses, and other real-world conditions. Tests have shown that the all-weather comprehensive efficiency of the PowerStack 255CS is ≥ 88%, exceeding industry averages by 2% to 4%. This translates to an annual stable increase of 40,000 for a 1MWh power station, with a 5%-10% reduction in initial investment.
### Comprehensive Solutions for a Zero-Carbon Future
In his speech titled “Comprehensive Coverage, Together for a Carbon-Free Future,” Wang Wei, Senior Manager of Sunshine Power‘s Solutions Division, stated that in the context of the global energy transition, low-carbon transformation is inevitable. However, numerous challenges hinder progress, including complex application scenarios, lack of interoperability among products from different manufacturers, and untimely service support. Sunshine Power’s solutions leverage integrated technology across solar, storage, charging, and cloud services to achieve comprehensive coverage in products, scenarios, data, and services, thereby making low-carbon transitions more efficient and inclusive.
With its self-developed “solar-storage-charging-cloud” solutions, Sunshine Power has created a one-stop system solution and service model. This approach employs collaborative innovations in hardware and software to quickly address complex interdependencies among various devices, resulting in a higher quality, safer, and more flexible integrated solar-storage-charging experience.
Sunshine Power supports its offerings with a wealth of global application cases that span residential and commercial sectors, ensuring full coverage for solar, solar-storage, and solar-storage-charging scenarios. For large industrial settings at 10 kV, the company has introduced the PowerStack 835CS energy storage system, which simplifies the installation and maintenance processes for industrial users while reducing costs.
### Smart Energy Management and Customer-Centric Service
In terms of equipment management, Sunshine Power’s smart energy management platform achieves full data coverage among devices, creating an intelligent energy hub. This platform allows for one-click layout of solar-storage charging stations, unified information display, seamless transaction completion, and bulk data processing, fully meeting various management needs across the energy lifecycle.
Additionally, Sunshine Power is committed to customer-centricity, ensuring comprehensive service coverage throughout the pre-sale, in-sale, and post-sale phases. It provides professional integrated system solutions before the sale, guarantees grid connection and operations support during the sale, and offers clear, rapid response post-sale services. Currently, Sunshine Power has over 120 service points nationwide, five major repair centers, and more than 30 after-sales spare parts warehouses, ensuring efficient and stable operation of power stations.
During the exhibition, Sunshine Power awarded the “Gold Service Provider” title to three strategic partners: Jiangyin Qisheng New Energy, Shandong Deyuan Power, and Shandong Anyu Power, further underscoring its commitment to high-quality after-sales service.
As a pioneering figure in the global clean energy transition, Sunshine Power continues to lead the market with the highest shipment volume of solar inverters and the largest cumulative installation of energy storage systems worldwide. Moving forward, Sunshine Power aims to expand its footprint in the clean energy sector globally, driven by successful overseas practices and exceptional technology and services, as it embarks on a new chapter towards a zero-carbon future.
