Singulair New Energy Unveils Comprehensive Energy Storage Solutions at Jinan Solar PV Exhibition, Empowering the Green Economy

On March 5, 2025, the 20th China (Jinan) International Solar Utilization Conference and the 4th China (Shandong) New Energy and Energy Storage Application Expo (SUCE 2025) kicked off at the Shandong International Convention and Exhibition Center. Singulair New Energy participated in the exhibition alongside Muchun New Energy, showcasing their comprehensive energy storage solutions designed to empower the green economy.

During the event, Singulair presented its latest new energy solutions, which include photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage systems, intelligent AI energy management systems, and charging/discharging systems. These cutting-edge solutions cater to diverse application scenarios, including residential and commercial sectors.

Singulair’s Zero-Carbon Park: The Optimal Solution for Future Commercial Applications

The Singulair Zero-Carbon Park solution features a series of commercial inverters (50kW-125kW) and a modular energy storage system, which can be widely applied in industrial parks, commercial centers, data centers, and various other settings. The inverters are designed with reserved energy storage interfaces, allowing seamless integration of pure solar, pure storage, or hybrid solar-storage modes, enabling users to configure them flexibly according to actual needs.

With the “Charging and Discharging” capability, the Singulair commercial energy storage system can dynamically manage energy based on real-time changes in solar power generation and electricity load. It incorporates an in-house developed Energy Management System (EMS) and Battery Management System (BMS), utilizing high-speed communication networks for millisecond-level data collection and analysis. The system automatically adjusts energy storage strategies based on current power supply and demand: when solar power generation exceeds consumption, surplus energy is stored in the battery, and during peak demand, battery power is utilized to meet the load. This dynamic management maximizes the use of solar energy, significantly enhances self-consumption rates, reduces reliance on the grid, and effectively lowers electricity costs.

The real-time scheduling capability embodied in the “Charging and Discharging” feature is a core competitive advantage for commercial energy storage systems. An energy manager from a precision manufacturing company noted that traditional energy storage systems often operate on predetermined schedules that fail to match the variations in onsite electricity usage and solar generation, leading to suboptimal energy utilization and economic efficiency. Singulair’s commercial solutions enable seamless integration between surplus solar power and electricity demand, providing users with more stable and predictable energy supplies, thereby unlocking the potential of energy storage systems in energy conservation and cost reduction.

AI Scheduling: Navigating Complex Power Transactions

The Singulair commercial energy storage system incorporates advanced artificial intelligence, big data analysis, and machine learning algorithms. This integration allows the system to manage solar generation, energy storage, and grid interaction flexibly based on fluctuations in electricity prices, weather conditions, and load changes. It automatically optimizes the timing of battery charging and discharging, generating the most efficient energy solutions in real-time to minimize electricity costs and enhance system operational efficiency. This adaptability accommodates diverse scenarios and complex demands, providing users with a highly intelligent energy experience.

Industry experts have highlighted that in the volatile environment of the electricity spot market, where prices and demand fluctuate rapidly, energy storage systems must possess high flexibility and millisecond-level response times to fully realize their value. This requirement places rigorous demands on the energy management systems and intelligent algorithms of storage companies.

Advanced Architecture: Reducing Additional Equipment Costs

Singulair’s innovative energy storage solutions utilize a direct current (DC) coupling system, improving the cycle efficiency of energy storage systems. In this setup, energy conversion occurs solely in the DC state during charging, avoiding additional losses associated with AC inversion and subsequent DC conversion. This reduces energy losses due to multiple current and voltage conversions, potentially increasing the system’s round-trip efficiency (RTE) by up to 2%. Moreover, in large high-voltage grid-connected projects, the simplicity of the DC coupling system compared to AC systems leads to savings on energy storage inverters and medium-voltage cabinets. Fewer components not only translate to lower initial investment costs but also reduce maintenance efforts, resulting in higher returns for customers.

Faster Installation and Commissioning

Singulair’s energy storage solutions not only excel in performance but also significantly outpace traditional systems in installation efficiency. Featuring a modular design and stackable installation, the process simplifies the installation workflow, eliminating the need for cranes and concrete foundations, allowing a single system to be installed in under one hour. The pioneering fully networked communication system enhances speed, achieving several orders of magnitude improvement over traditional RS485 communication rates, enabling device self-identification and system self-configuration in just 15 minutes. In contrast, traditional systems require specialized installation equipment and take up to 8 hours per system, increasing user wait times and installation costs.

Six-Layer Battery Protection and Pack-Level Fire Safety

Regarding battery safety, Singulair’s energy storage system features a six-layer safety protection mechanism that includes sensors, active fire protection modules, high-temperature insulating mats, thermal insulation layers, explosion vents, and smoke detectors. This allows for zero-distance detection of thermal runaway in battery cells, with response times exceeding traditional systems by over 60 seconds. Additionally, each 12kWh unit is equipped with an independent fire protection device, ensuring comprehensive protection of the system’s safety. In contrast, traditional storage systems can experience widespread fire risks due to thermal runaway, leading to significant damage and delayed fire response times.

Industry-Leading AFCI Protection

With hardware upgrades, multi-algorithm integration, and AI optimization, Singulair’s commercial inverters achieve the industry’s most robust AFCI (Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter) protection capability, extending up to 500 meters. This wide range ensures safe and stable operation of the system while eliminating concerns over long-distance AFCI failure during installation.

Maintenance-Free Design with 24/7 Monitoring

Singulair’s innovative energy storage solutions feature an IP66-rated fully sealed design, ensuring stability and safety with a maintenance-free approach. In comparison, traditional systems typically reach only IP55 ratings, often requiring monthly checks and component replacements every six months, along with annual comprehensive maintenance. The modular design of Singulair’s storage solutions allows for quick replacement of faulty modules, taking only 2 hours and greatly enhancing system reliability, while traditional container-style energy storage systems may require over 2 days for fault repairs.

Through cloud architecture and AI capabilities, Singulair’s solutions support dynamic pricing, Virtual Power Plant (VPP) functionalities, and cloud-based Battery Management Systems (BMS), offering comprehensive monitoring from automatic device diagnostics to remote inspections, further optimizing intelligent operation and maintenance management.
