One of the standout products in Kehua Data’s core exhibition area was the 5MW energy storage converter and booster integrated system. Designed within a 20-foot container, it utilizes four sets of 1.25MW modular PCS to achieve a total system capacity of 5MW, effectively meeting the demands of large-scale power storage. Additionally, it features a 20ms rapid grid formation and black start capability, allowing for the quick establishment of a stable microgrid in the event of a main grid failure, ensuring uninterrupted power supply.

The pre-assembled structure of this system is another notable highlight. Its prefabricated design significantly shortens on-site construction time, thereby reducing costs for users. Furthermore, the equipment boasts an IP65 protection rating and C5 corrosion resistance, making it resilient against coastal salt spray and extreme cold weather, thus ensuring reliable stability for the power grid.

For large photovoltaic projects, Kehua Data’s 350kW string photovoltaic inverter serves as an invaluable asset. This product is equipped with six 75A high-current MPPT channels, precisely adapting to the power generation characteristics of bifacial modules, significantly enhancing the stability and output of photovoltaic energy generation. With an IP66 protection rating, the device is fully protected against wind and rain. It also integrates a self-cleaning system and intelligent IV curve diagnostics, automatically cleaning dust and dirt from the device surface while monitoring the operational status of photovoltaic modules, thereby supporting the efficient operation of large-scale solar projects.

The S³-EStore integrated system employs liquid cooling technology to maintain temperature differences within ±1.5°C and innovatively integrates liquid cooling and pack-level aerosol fire suppression within a compact 1.3m² space, establishing a safety barrier. Moreover, the smart cloud platform within the system utilizes AI to provide various arbitrage algorithms and optimal load management solutions, assisting users in shortening their return on investment period. The SPI series of industrial inverters also performs exceptionally well, capable of stable operation in a wide temperature range from -25°C to 60°C, employing a C5 anti-corrosion coating and adaptive thermal management system to ensure reliability in extreme environments.
