On March 18, the State Energy Group announced the results of the first batch of public tendering for photovoltaic component procurement in 2025. Tongwei Co., Ltd. and JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd. emerged as the winning bidders, with bid prices set at 0.699 CNY/W and 0.705 CNY/W, respectively.
According to the tender announcement, the project involves the procurement of bifacial, double-glass N-type monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules with a capacity of 620Wp or higher. The total supply capacity required is no less than 586.24MWp. This includes the supply of connecting plugs, spare parts, specialized tools, factory testing, packaging, insurance, transportation, training, and installation guidance. The project also requires participation in scheme optimization, on-site debugging and testing, trial operation, and final acceptance.
The project consists of a single bidding section, with a delivery timeline starting one month after the contract is signed and concluding by December 31, 2025. The specific delivery times and quantities will be confirmed via written notice from the buyer. Delivery locations will be specified by the buyer at each project site, and any changes in delivery locations will not affect the shipping costs.
