On March 18, 2025, the State Energy Group’s Guohua Investment announced the candidates for the first batch of centralized procurement of photovoltaic modules for the year. Tongwei Co., Ltd. and JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd. made the list, with bid prices ranging from 0.699 to 0.705 yuan/W.
According to the tender notice, the project involves the procurement of N-type monocrystalline silicon bifacial double glass photovoltaic modules with a capacity of 620Wp or more, amounting to no less than 586.24MWp for four photovoltaic projects. This includes the supply of associated components such as string connectors, spare parts, specialized tools, factory testing, packaging, insurance, transportation, training, and installation guidance. The project will also require optimization of project plans, on-site debugging and testing, participation in trial operation, and completion acceptance.
This project consists of one bidding section. The delivery period is set to begin one month after the contract is signed, with all supplies to be completed by December 31, 2025. The specific delivery times and quantities will be confirmed by written notice from the buyer. Delivery will take place at designated project sites, with any changes in delivery locations not affecting freight costs.
Joint bids or bids from agents will not be accepted for this project.
