Sunshine Power has recently established a new company named Lingchuan Qingfeng New Energy Co., Ltd., with Hua Xiang as its legal representative. The company has a registered capital of 1 million yuan and its business scope includes: power generation, power transmission, electricity supply (distribution) services, power generation technology services, wind power technology services, sales of electronic specialized materials, and management of natural ecosystem protection.
According to data from Qichacha, the new company is wholly owned by Sunshine New Energy Development Co., Ltd., which is a subsidiary of Sunshine Power (stock code: 300274).
