On March 18, the Advanced Era, in collaboration with the Chuanglai Automotive Company, announced the launch of a new electric vehicle charging service network, aiming to become the largest electric vehicle charging service provider.
Chuanglai Automotive has recently introduced the Firefly model and plans to implement a timely charging network that will be compatible with both their electric vehicles and their network of charging stations. At the same time, the Advanced Era has pledged an investment of 25 billion yuan towards expanding charging capabilities.
Chuanglai Energy is the primary operator of the electric vehicle charging stations and their network. The company has been recognized for its unique approach to building a comprehensive electric vehicle charging infrastructure, making it the top player in this sector within the country.
As of now, Chuanglai Automotive has established 3,178 charging stations, making it the largest charging network in the nation, holding nearly one-third of the market share. In recent years, Chuanglai has been adding approximately 500 stations annually. The Advanced Era aims to establish 1,000 new charging stations each year, with a target of 30 stations being built in key urban areas.
By the end of 2025, the Advanced Era plans to have a significant number of charging stations operational, with expectations for an increase in the overall market share in the electric vehicle sector. The company is actively seeking to expand its influence within this rapidly growing industry.
