On March 24, the Materials and Equipment Department (International Business Company) of Sinopec announced the pre-qualification for centralized photovoltaic power generation inverters (5-150 kW) for the 2025 fiscal year.
Also on March 24, the same department announced the pre-qualification for high-power inverters (greater than 150 kW) for centralized photovoltaic power generation for 2025.
A competitive negotiation announcement for the second phase of the distributed photovoltaic power generation project by the People’s Government of Qujiadian Town, Changtu County, was released on March 24.
Furthermore, the first phase of the distributed photovoltaic power generation project by the People’s Government of Shuangmiaozi Town in Changtu County also had a competitive negotiation announcement published on March 24.
On March 24, a competitive negotiation announcement was made for the photovoltaic system upgrade project at Shenyang Engineering College.
A competitive negotiation announcement for the photovoltaic construction project in Zhanghuling Village, Shahe Town, Suizhong County, was issued, with a budget of 1.1721 million yuan. Suppliers must comply with the relevant provisions of the Government Procurement Law and possess the appropriate qualifications. The registration period is from March 25 to April 2, 2025, with the negotiation meeting scheduled for April 9, 2025.
On the same day, the results were announced for the bidding of drilling services related to the photovoltaic solar well water lifting project in Bufan County.
The bidding results for the photovoltaic project in Taigou Village, Qinghecheng Town, Benxi Manchu Autonomous County, were also published, with the winning company being Shunxiang Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., which bid 989,100 yuan. The construction scope includes transformer relocation, power cables, photovoltaic power stations, and monitoring systems, to be completed within 30 days.

A correction announcement was made on March 21 by the People’s Government of Jiali County regarding the 2025 solar energy project for ethnic minorities.
A tender was published for the public rooftop distributed photovoltaic project in Xinyi City, which aims to use a rooftop area of 464,096.73 square meters for photovoltaic installation. The project includes design, construction, and grid connection, with a completion deadline of September 30, 2025.
Finally, a procurement announcement was made for the construction of a distributed photovoltaic project at the Fengxia standardized factory, with a capacity of 1160.64 kWP, utilizing the factory rooftop for installation.
