Hengke Energy has recently relocated to a new facility, enhancing its production capacity and scaling up its operations. The company moved from an old factory of over 5,000 square meters to a modern nine-story office building that spans more than 30,000 square meters. This relocation signifies a comprehensive upgrade in the company’s capabilities, marking the beginning of a new phase of rapid development.
In the company showroom, key products such as portable energy storage devices, solar photovoltaic panels, and home energy storage systems were displayed, attracting international clients from Japan. Among these, the portable energy storage devices, which range in size from handheld to suitcase dimensions, stood out. These products are exported to over 60 countries, accounting for 80% of the company’s revenue.
Hengke Energy (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. Sales Director Xing Zhiyan stated, “This series is the most popular among our exports. One of its main selling points is that it features two wireless charging ports. Our Type-C interface supports PD100-watt bidirectional input and output. As an AC inverter, it can convert DC to AC and is suitable for outdoor scenarios, allowing us to charge various electronic products like car refrigerators and outdoor air conditioners. For home use, we can power speakers, lighting, mobile phones, laptops, and even a barbecue grill during backyard parties. These applications are very well received.”
Founded in 2012, Hengke Energy established its production base in Zhangmutou Town in 2019. The company initially entered the new energy sector with automotive emergency start power supplies and has gradually expanded into portable storage, home storage, and commercial storage solutions, creating a complete industrial chain that integrates solar power generation, storage, and application.
Since 2019, the company has significantly increased its production capacity, with annual output reaching 500,000 units for energy storage and automotive starting power supplies. The photovoltaic panel output has surpassed 100 MW, representing a 400% increase since 2017. The global market share for portable energy storage products is approximately 8%, and the annual shipment of solar panels has increased by 200%, securing a leading position in the industry.
Sales Director Xing Zhiyan mentioned, “This year, we plan to invest tens of millions to improve our automated equipment, which will greatly enhance efficiency. We will also increase our talent pool for product development and design to cultivate skilled engineering personnel. Moreover, we are focusing on research and development for portable storage, expanding our offerings to include ultra-compact storage solutions and larger models ranging from 2000 watts to 5000 watts, depending on customer needs. Home storage, balcony storage, and onboard batteries are currently in high demand, and we are investing more in R&D in this area.”
Through comprehensive industrial chain integration and technological innovation, Hengke Energy has established competitive barriers characterized by rapid delivery, cost advantages, and high reliability. From 2020 to 2024, the company has achieved an average annual compound growth rate of 65%, with projected revenues exceeding 250 million yuan by 2024, of which 80% will come from overseas markets. Looking ahead, the company aims to actively engage with the Belt and Road Initiative, focusing on emerging markets such as Africa to promote global green energy solutions.
