Hengke Energy Expands Global Green Energy Market with Comprehensive “Solar + Storage” Strategy

Hengke

Hengke Energy (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. has recently completed its move to a new facility, upgrading from an old plant of over 5,000 square meters to a modern office building that spans more than 30,000 square meters and consists of nine floors. This relocation signifies a comprehensive enhancement of the company’s production capacity and scale, ushering in a new phase of rapid development.

In the company’s exhibition hall, a range of core products including portable energy storage power supplies, solar photovoltaic panels, and home energy storage systems were showcased, attracting overseas market clients from Japan. Among these, the portable energy storage power supplies, varying in size from palm-sized units to suitcase-sized models, stood out. This product line is exported to over 60 countries and accounts for 80% of the company’s revenue.

According to Xing Zhiyan, the Sales Director of Hengke Energy (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., “This is our most popular export series. A key selling point is that it features two wireless charging ports. Our Type-C interface supports PD100W bidirectional input and output. As an AC inverter, it converts DC to AC, making it suitable for outdoor use. We can power devices like car refrigerators, outdoor air conditioners, and other electronic products while enjoying outdoor activities. For home use, we can bring sound systems, lighting equipment, smartphones, laptops, and even barbecue grills for a party in the yard. These applications are very practical.”

Established in 2012 and settling in Zhangmutou Town in 2019, Hengke Energy entered the new energy sector with automotive emergency starting power supplies and gradually expanded into portable energy storage, home energy storage, and commercial energy storage, creating a complete industrial chain that integrates solar power generation, storage, and application.

Since 2019, the company has significantly increased its production capacity, reaching an annual output of 500,000 units for energy storage power supplies and automotive starting power supplies, while photovoltaic panel production has exceeded 100 MW, marking a 400% increase since 2017. The global market share of portable energy storage products is approximately 8%, and the annual shipment of photovoltaic panels has grown by 200%, maintaining a leading position in the industry.

Xing Zhiyan further mentioned, “This year, we plan to invest tens of millions in upgrading our automated machinery, which will greatly enhance efficiency. We will also increase our investment in product research and design by nurturing talented engineers. Additionally, our product development will extend to ultra-compact energy storage solutions as well as larger units of 2,000W, 3,000W, and even 5,000W based on customer needs. Products like home storage, balcony storage, and vehicle auxiliary batteries are currently very popular, and we plan to intensify our research and development efforts in this area.”

Through comprehensive industrial chain integration and technological innovation, Hengke Energy has established competitive barriers characterized by rapid delivery, cost advantages, and high reliability. From 2020 to 2024, the company has achieved an average annual compound growth rate of 65%, with projected revenues surpassing 250 million yuan in 2024, of which 80% will come from overseas markets.

Looking ahead, the company aims to actively respond to the Belt and Road Initiative, focusing on expanding into emerging markets such as Africa to promote the globalization of green energy solutions. Xing Zhiyan stated, “The expansion of our factory is also part of a broader plan for future energy storage system solutions, and we intend to further develop our offerings. Both solar power and energy storage are highly valued by national and governmental priorities, and we aspire to align with national directives by promoting our portable energy storage, solar panels, and home energy storage systems in African countries along the Belt and Road.”
