Nandu Power Secures Additional 240 Million Yuan Contract for U.S. Data Center Project

Nandu

Recently, Nan Du Power achieved another milestone by securing a 240 million RMB contract for a data center project in the United States with one of the world’s largest software companies. This follows their success in late February, where they won a 120 million RMB procurement project for lithium battery equipment for the same company’s data center.

The additional order primarily consists of Nan Du Power’s independently developed high-voltage, high-power lithium battery backup power system. This system, utilizing lithium iron phosphate technology, excels in safety, energy density, intelligent management, and adaptability across various scenarios, continuously meeting the stringent requirements of the client. Its impressive 10-year lifespan, 1C to 6C high discharge rates, and rapid response capabilities provide efficient and reliable backup power to data centers, which were key factors driving the client’s decision to place this additional order.

As one of the pioneers in the data center backup power sector, Nan Du Power has established long-term partnerships with numerous leading internet companies, telecom operators, and financial institutions over its thirty years of technological development. The high-voltage, high-power lithium battery backup power system is now gradually being promoted in regions such as North America and Southeast Asia. With the rapid increase in global computing power demand, the maturation of lithium battery technology, and decreasing costs, the application of these systems in data centers is expected to expand significantly in the future.

Additionally, being re-listed in the BNEF global tier-one energy storage manufacturers ranking provides strong endorsement for Nan Du Power’s further expansion in the overseas energy storage market and signifies its growing competitiveness in the international arena. The signing of this order will further enhance Nan Du Power’s brand influence in the high-end North American market and lay a solid foundation for future expansion into European, American, and other regional data center projects.
