On March 18, 2025, the State Energy Group publicly announced the candidates for its first round of centralized procurement for photovoltaic (PV) modules. Tongwei Co., Ltd. and JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd. were selected, with bidding prices ranging from 0.699 to 0.705 yuan per watt.
According to the tender announcement, the project involves the procurement of N-type monocrystalline bifacial double-glass PV modules with a power output of 620Wp or higher. The total supply capacity required is no less than 586.24 MWp. In addition to the PV modules, the supply will also include compatible connector plugs, spare parts, specialized tools, factory testing, packaging, insurance, transportation, training, installation guidance, project optimization support, on-site debugging, trial operation participation, and completion acceptance.
This project consists of a single bidding segment. The delivery schedule stipulates that supply will commence one month after the contract is signed, with all deliveries to be completed by December 31, 2025. The specific delivery times and quantities will be confirmed in writing by the buyer. Delivery will take place at locations designated by the buyer at each project site, with changes to delivery locations not affecting transportation costs.
Joint bids will not be accepted for this project, nor will bids from agents be considered.
