Ms. Luo holds a Master’s degree in Mathematical Finance from the University of Southern California and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of California. She is qualified to work in the Chinese fund industry. Previously, she worked at Morgan Stanley in quantitative analysis. She joined Southern Fund in September 2008 and has held various positions, including Assistant Fund Manager in the Quantitative Investment Department and currently serves as the General Manager of the Index Investment Department.
Her extensive experience includes serving as an Assistant Fund Manager for the Shenzhen Component Index ETF from February 2011 to April 2013, and as a Fund Manager for various ETFs and mutual funds such as the Southern Strategy Fund, Southern Hong Kong Technology ETF, and Southern H-Shares ETFs across multiple periods. She has been managing the Southern 500 ETF since April 2013 and continues to hold various positions within the Southern Fund.
