The built-in shunt within the current signal acquisition device converts the current signal into a voltage signal. Common mode noise is eliminated through a common mode inductor, while high-frequency noise is filtered out by the filtering circuit. The amplification circuit then boosts the signal, powered by a dual power supply to ensure signal integrity. An isolation chip isolates the signal to reduce external interference. Finally, the signal is transmitted to the control unit for conversion, turning the analog signal into a digital one. Compared to traditional acquisition circuits, this new design offers higher accuracy and safety, along with a more stable operational state.
