Ningde Era has established a new energy technology company in Leshan with a registered capital of 5 million RMB. The company, named Shidai Qiji New Energy Technology (Leshan) Co., Ltd., was officially founded on March 24. The legal representative is Li Xianhui, and its business scope includes research and development of emerging energy technologies, sales of electric vehicle battery swapping facilities, centralized fast charging stations, and sales of motor vehicle charging services.
According to shareholder information, the company is wholly owned by Shidai Qiji Green Energy Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Ningde Era.
This new establishment reflects Ningde Era’s commitment to advancing the development of new energy solutions in the region.
