GAF Energy has introduced the upgraded Timberline Solar nailable shingle, named the ES 2, which offers 23% more power per shingle, generating 57 watts of energy.
Key improvements to the Timberline Solar ES 2, which builds on the original product launched in 2022, include:
- Increased Power Output: Each shingle now delivers 57 watts, marking a 23% enhancement in energy generation.
- Larger Surface Area: The shingle’s design provides more area than traditional asphalt shingles, allowing for faster installation.
- Enhanced StrikeZone: This feature improves installation efficiency and ease of use.
- Compatibility: The ES 2 integrates seamlessly with the entire GAF Timberline shingle collection.
- Refined Aesthetics: Smaller transition boxes and simplified wiring contribute to a more streamlined appearance.
