Zeekr is set to officially launch the world’s first 1.2MW liquid-cooled charging pile with a single gun in the second quarter of this year. This announcement was made by Zhao Yuhui, Vice President of Zeekr Technology Group, during the Electric Vehicle Hundred People Meeting on March 30. The new charging technology is expected to usher in an era of ultra-fast charging with single-gun megawatt-level capabilities, and it will make its debut at the Shanghai Auto Show in April.
Zeekr has been at the forefront of the ultra-fast charging network for the past two years, evolving its charging piles from 360kW to 600kW and then to 800kW over three years. Currently, Zeekr operates a total of 826 energy charging stations, boasting 4007 charging piles, which positions it as a leader in the industry.
