On April 3, 2025, Yiwei Lithium Energy Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with SF Express Group. The partnership aims to enhance collaboration in four key areas: globalization of the supply chain, green low-carbon transformation, smart logistics upgrades, and the development of emerging scenarios.
As part of this agreement, Yiwei Lithium Energy will provide core support for SF Express’s new energy vehicles, batteries for two- and three-wheeled vehicles, and the construction of zero-carbon parks, facilitating upgrades to SF Express’s new energy capacity. In return, SF Express will leverage its global logistics network and smart supply chain capabilities to offer Yiwei Lithium Energy integrated domestic and international warehousing solutions, cross-border export services, transport of lithium battery products, and recycling of used lithium batteries, thus aiding Yiwei Lithium Energy’s global business expansion.
The main points of collaboration include:
- Jointly developing high-rate power batteries suitable for logistics scenarios to address the challenge of balancing “timeliness and energy consumption” in the logistics industry, thereby accelerating the electrification of “last-mile” deliveries.
- Exploring commercial applications for dedicated batteries for drones and electric airships in the low-altitude economy sector.
- Implementing a smart park logistics system to achieve full-chain visibility of production logistics and improve logistics scheduling efficiency.
- Collaboratively establishing a benchmark project for an integrated carbon-neutral industrial park that incorporates solar energy storage and charging solutions, providing replicable green transformation plans for the industry.
