On April 9, Jiangsu Sumida Energy Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sumida Energy”) and Huawei Digital Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huawei Digital Energy”) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shenzhen. The event was attended by Guo Hongwei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Sumida Energy, Wang Xindang, Vice President of Global Marketing Services of Huawei Digital Energy, and Zhao Guohui, General Manager of Huawei Jiangsu. The agreement was signed on behalf of both parties by Chen Yu, Deputy General Manager of Sumida Energy, and Sun Wenjie, General Manager of Huawei Digital Energy Jiangsu.
Under the terms of the agreement, both parties have agreed to establish a strategic partnership that leverages their respective strengths to deepen collaboration in various areas, including inverter framework procurement, engineering and maintenance services, technical transformation services, zero-carbon energy IoT, and global business synergy. They reflected on a decade of productive cooperation and engaged in in-depth discussions about strategic collaboration in light of new circumstances and environments, setting the stage for a mutually beneficial decade ahead.
Relevant personnel from Huawei Digital Energy and departments of Sumida Energy, including the Board Office, Electric Operation Division, Overseas Engineering Division, and New Energy Development Company, participated in the signing ceremony.
